Privacy policy

StackSpan is a static informational site. StackSpan does not run user accounts. The only form is an optional email signup, covered below.

Hosting and logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and performance.

Cookies and analytics

StackSpan does not intentionally set first-party tracking cookies on these static pages. Third-party CDNs may receive your IP when assets load.

The email signup form on the warm-up page is loaded from Kit (ConvertKit). Kit may store an identifier in the browser’s local storage and set its own cookies on its domains to run the form and prevent abuse. Clearing cookies and site data in the browser removes them.

Email signup

An email address submitted through a StackSpan signup form is stored and sent through Kit (ConvertKit), and is used only for StackSpan emails. Anyone can unsubscribe at any time through the link in any email.

Affiliate links

Outbound affiliate links send you to retailers such as Amazon. Their sites have their own privacy policies.
